Patrick & Nina
Allow us to introduce ourselves: I’m Nina, 28 years young, and my partner is Patrick, who’s 29. We share a profound love for travel and are fluent in German, Spanish, and English. My roots trace back to the little Canary Island of Lanzarote in the Atlantic Ocean, and Patrick hails from Hamburg.
Our journey began in 2019 when we ventured outside of Europe for the very first time, just before the world was gripped by the pandemic. Fate had us land in Vancouver, where we decided to put down roots for a while. Our home during this adventure was our trusty GMC Savana Van, which we named “Rodrigo”.
Living full-time on the road in Rodrigo allowed us to fully embrace the beauty of Canada – its majestic mountains, untouched nature, and the welcoming people we encountered along the way.
While our journey has brought us countless unforgettable moments, there’s still a world of destinations we’re eager to explore and dreams we’re diligently working towards. Together, we’re a dynamic team of adventurers, ready to tackle the twists and turns that life has in store for us. Our story is ongoing, and we’re excited to see where our journey leads next.

Hey there! I’m a unique blend of happiness, an unwavering love for animals, and a zest for life. Originally from the picturesque Canary Islands, I find myself at the crossroads of two beautiful cultures, with a German mother and a Spanish father. My astrological sign is Cancer, and I embody its nurturing and sensitive qualities to the fullest.
One of my greatest passions is travel, which led me to embark on an exciting journey with my boyfriend, Patrick when we moved to Canada in 2019. Together, we’ve converted two vans into cozy mobile homes, opening up a world of adventures on the open road.
My hometown is Lanzarote and it holds a special place in my heart. So, yes! I do can imagine that I will live there again at anytime in the future. As an acting student and web designer, I thrive in the creative spaces of both the stage and the digital realm.
Now, here’s a fun fact about me: I have a taste for the unconventional when it comes to pizza. My absolute favorite is a delightful combination of pineapple and banana. But belive it or not, this pizza is a regular Pizza option on most italian restaurants on the Canary Islands. When it comes to cuisine, I’m an Italian food lover. I could easily devour pasta dishes every day of the week, but nothing will ever replace my love and passion for the Canary food culture.
I firmly believe in karma and the notion that everything in life happens for a reason. This philosophy has guided me through life’s ups and downs, providing a sense of purpose and faith in the grand tapestry in the universe.
As I continue to explore our beautiful world, my love for travel only intensifies, and I eagerly anticipate the new discoveries and experiences that lie ahead. Hey there, I’m Patrick, a 29-year-old guy from Hamburg, Germany. People usually tell me I’ve got a great sense of humor, and I can’t deny that I love making people laugh.
Travel is a big part of my life. I’ve got this insatiable wanderlust that drives me to explore new places and immerse myself in different cultures. It’s kind of funny, though, because I often feel more at home outside of Germany, despite being born here. I guess I’m just a natural-born adventurer.
Nature photography is another big passion of mine. There’s something incredibly calming and inspiring about capturing the beauty of the world through my camera lens. I have a soft spot for snakes, reptiles, and dogs, and they often end up as the stars of my photographs.
But there’s more to me than just travel and photography. I’m a bit of a car and science geek. Whether I’m tinkering with engines, staying up to date with the latest scientific discoveries, or just admiring the craftsmanship of a well-designed car, I’m all in.
And when it comes to food, I’m a sucker for Italian cuisine. Give me a plate of perfectly cooked pasta or a slice of pizza, and I’m in foodie heaven. You could say I’m a bit of an Italian food connoisseur.
